Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered when placed on our site. Orders are dispatched from our Netherlands-based distribution centre.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.



Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.

  • Orders placed before 5:00pm CET/CEST are dispatched the same day.
  • In many cases, dispatch continues until approximately 8:00pm CET/CEST.
  • Processing times may be affected during public holidays or peak trading periods, including seasonal sales and promotional events.


France & Europe Delivery

We use FedEx for deliveries within France and Europe.

US Delivery

We use UPS International for deliveries to the United States.

International Delivery (Rest of World)

We use UPS International for shipments outside of France, Europe, the UK, and the US.

  • Courier selection may change at any time depending on destination and service availability.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Please ensure the correct delivery country is selected at checkout to avoid customs delays or additional charges.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

For international deliveries, including shipments to the United States, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Who is responsible for paying these charges?

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.



Tracking Your Order

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please use the Tracking Information provided to monitor the status of your delivery.

Why isn't my tracking updating?

Tracking updates are managed directly by the courier and may take time to refresh. If no movement is shown after 48 hours, please contact our Customer Experience team with your order number.



Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, please check the tracking status using the Tracking Information provided.

If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Experience team with your order number.

We cannot accept liability for a lost or missing order that has been signed for at the delivery address (for example, an office or shared residential building).



Shipping Restrictions

Shipping destinations and available services are subject to change at any time.

Any restrictions will be clearly reflected during checkout, based on your delivery address and available courier services at the time of purchase.



Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Orders are sent to fulfilment immediately after purchase.

If you no longer require your items, you will need to receive the order and initiate a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
